A rare snow storm in Japan caused about 10,000 people stranded at the airport and 50 flights cancelled. This is a photo around our neighborhood early in the day. It snowed about 3 and a half inches the most it has snowed in 8 years. Here is our dog "Payton" enjoying the snow.
